Key Property Services

Our project managers oversee our projects from beginning to end. They manage the planning, design and construction of our projects by supervising workers and keeping customers up-to-date with any developments that pertain to the project. The core role of our project managers is to ensure construction safety standards are met within the available budget and time.

Building surveys. We can carry out full building surveys prior to establish the condition to major works.
Defect analysis. We look at defect analysis which means we diagnose construction defects and recommend successful remedies.
Measured surveys. We can carry out a measured survey to provide existing layout plans and elevations and give accurate floor area readings.
Planning applications. We can help you with planning applications which must be submitted to the Local Authority before work is carried out

Our Inspections include:

  • Testing portable appliances.

  • Gas safety inspection which is conducted by our Gas Safe registered engineers.
